Cornerstone Auto Sales

I waited a month of driving the vehicle my husband and I bought from Cornerstone Auto before giving my review. On October 11 we purchased a 2011 Lincoln MKX with 111,000 miles on it for $11,000. At the test drive we realized it needed brakes and rotors and that the moon roof didn't close without manual assistance. Since Cornerstone doesn't finance and it was a holiday, we had to go to our bank for a personal loan and came back two days later (we live two hours away). During that time the issues were repaired by Cornerstone, happily. We test drove it again before signing the papers. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! This place is a joke!!! I purchased a vehicle for my son who recently graduated from here on Sept. 3, 2024 with the cars protection warranty (only because Karen the owner assured me what all would be covered and therefore I was sold). The vehicle was just inspected a month prior. After 2 weeks of my purchase the brake cylinder ruptured. I contacted the warranty company and they stated they don’t cover that. I spoke with Gary (Karen’s husband) and he told me there was nothing he could do. After I expressed my concerns about the vehicles inspection he then told me I can take it to his mechanic but he would not cover the full repair. His mechanic that inspects his vehicles that’s at another shop couldn’t tell me what was wrong with it even after doing a diagnostic

Friendly folks with a very well stocked lot. They have an eye for automobiles that still have lots of life left in them!

They Put head gasket sealer in the engine and sold me and my wife a mini van and not even 300 miles later it started to give problems and the snake looking woman at the dest said she can't do anything about since we didn't have a warranty, they are the worst and can't be trusted... now I have a car with a blown head gasket, and they refuse to take it back Updated - we later discovered that the check engine light had been tampered with (blacked out). Liars. Sold me a vehicle that was in a head on collision and sold it before Car fax was updated. I am unable to trade this vehicle in now. I needed to upgrade to a taller suv due to my disability and I can't. I am furious as I was scammed by another lot and SHE knew my story. It's all about the money. Stay away.
