Lady who answers the phone for towing is BEYOND rude!! Has a very nasty attitude as if you’re ruining her day by having questions. If you dislike your job so much then just quit. Really don’t have to talk to people so rudely!

I’m writing to share my appreciation for the outstanding service I received from Corona's Auto Parts, Towing & Auto Body, Inc. regarding the removal of heavy equipment. Mike truly came through and saved the day—the tow exceeded expectations in every way. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and the woman I spoke with on the phone was incredibly kind and helpful. Great job all around—thank you for the 5-star service!

Horrible service! Rude lady hung up on me twice. Impossible to get a hold of someone. Have zero sympathy or respect for people dealing with these issues.

I live out of state to say. I could not find the part I needed for my vehicle literally nowhere. What the establishments in my state could not do in almost a month, Jim did in 1 day. Such a huge help & great service. Thank you Jim & Coronas!!

I had a small incident with one of their tow trucks, but the driver was very honest and Jim took care of me in less than 24 hours. Great job and good seeing you after many years.
