Costa Oil - 10 Minute Oil Change - Marion

This is my second time coming here, and Amanda consistently provides kind, professional service and her coworker, Julz. They took the time to help identify a leak along with other issues and continues to show genuine care, attention, and awareness of my wellbeing. It’s clear that customer care is a priority here, and I truly appreciate the thoughtful support and care.

I have visited Costa Oil twice now and have become a loyal customer. On both occasions, I was treated with professionalism and respect. The staff were transparent about pricing, clearly explained any current specials, and took the time to review the billing with me at the end. They also helped me reset my oil life and air filter life, which I really appreciated. Both of my visits were with an all-women crew. I’m not sure if that is always the case, but it was a great experience and made me feel especially comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, I was very impressed with the level of service and would highly recommend Costa Oil.

Jules took the time to walk me through the entire process, answered all of my questions patiently, and shared helpful guidance on how to better maintain my car. The pricing was very reasonable, completely transparent, and there was absolutely no upselling, which I really appreciated. Like many do, I procrastinated getting my oil changed. I was happy to hear of this place and the deal they were running so I stopped in. The two women who worked with me were efficient, and helpful. They didn’t have the wiper blade I needed but had one dropped off within minutes. I always prefer to support local when I can so I’ll absolutely be back!
