EuroCare

I always feel good taking my BMWs to Kyle at EuroCare. I know I wil be taken care of and my cars fixed right. Recently we had Tech Day for BMWCCA Iowa Chapter at EuroCare. Kyle and Weston did a great job of putting on a clinic for us. They really know their stuff!

My BMW would not start and was towed directly to their shop. They diagnosed and resolved the issue immediately by replacing the starter. Since their repair, I haven’t experienced any further problems. They also programmed my new battery and completed an oil change during the same visit. The service was extremely fast, and the staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Overall, they do excellent work. I highly recommend them for any work you need done!

I cannot say enough how amazing EuroCare is! I had multiple things come up with my car from a check engine light showing an evap leak, to an error on my dash about my start/stop. I called EuroCare because they had amazing reviews and worked with European cars, and it did not disappoint! Sydney assisted me in setting up an appointment to be seen same day, actually just 2 hours after I called. When I arrived Sydney and Kyle were both extremely professional and kind, amazing customer service skills honestly. They got my car lifted and very quickly found a problem unrelated to anything else I had going on when they removed my splash shield there was oil pouring out of my oil pan and literally everywhere. My BMW was not providing heat in this cold winter and we didn't know what is wrong with the vehicle. So I contact Euro care and Kyle was very nice to give us an appointment right away. He inspected the vehicle and his technicians diagnosed the issue within half an hour. Then Kyle told me that there is a part which has cracked and needs to replaced. He ordered the part and the very next day, he replaced the part which was defective and had our vehicle ready within few hours. Kyle is very nice to work with. He provides the estimate before the work starts and does not charge anything beyond what the initial estimates he provides. I will use Eurocare for all of my mechanic needs for my BMW X3. They truly are wonderful people and I feel like they are genuine and honest. They truly helped me in a time of need when I felt like I was being taken advantage of by a mechanic I had taken my car to originally.
