Precision Automotive turned what I expected to be a painful car service experience into something surprisingly smooth (and dare I say… enjoyable). From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, honest, and didn’t try to translate everything into “mystery mechanic language.” They explained exactly what my car needed, what it didn’t need (which I appreciated), and got the work done efficiently without holding my vehicle hostage for days. My car left running better than when it arrived, and my wallet didn’t need counseling afterward. If you’re looking for skilled technicians, transparent service, and a place that treats you like a human instead of a repair ticket number, Precision Automotive is the spot. I’ll definitely be back — hopefully just for routine maintenance and not another

I had never had great luck with mechanics until I met Curtis and the precision team he had worked on my family and my car over the last couple years. Not only are they extremely good at their job they do not try to take advantage of you. I could write paragraphs about how awesome they are but I will just leave it to the fact if you need something for your car take it here you will not be disappointed

I couldn’t recommend Precision Automotive enough!! They are accommodating, professional, and do an excellent job every time! I recently moved to the area and had decided to go here for my car issues, based off of the reviews I read online. They are upfront about the cost, and call before they do any extra work on your vehicle. Definitely worth the wait!

They go above and beyond to make sure your car is taken care of quickly and correctly, often making time to evaluate issues the same day. What stands out most is their honesty; they explain what really needs to be done without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. It’s rare to find a shop you can trust completely, but this one truly cares every time. I will forever be a loyal customer!

LOOK NO FURTHER - Precision Auto in Marion is legitimately the best auto shop I have EVER been to!! I found Precision Auto through online reviews and my own research. After giving them a try I will not go anywhere else!! Their employees take pride in their work, communicate great, and they went above and beyond to correctly diagnose my vehicle since the last place tried telling me I needed a new transmission and didn't - it was my brakes. They provided me the info I needed to get a refund from the other scam shop - even when it was the end of the day and they were busy. Just simply classy people who take pride in their work and care about their customers. Give them a try, I'm sure you'll be a fan like me! (BTW - incredibly affordable compared to what I paid elsewhere)
