Costa Oil - 10 Minute Oil Change - Westlake

For starters, I had to call in advance to make sure they had my oil filter in stock. The young man ordered it, called me back and let me know what time it would be there. That is top tier customer service alone. I got there and it was only 2 gentlemen working. They were amazing!!! They had my daughter and I laughing so hard. They were fast and efficient. I will definitely go to this location over the other one anyday even though it is farther from my house. The service from start to finish will keep me as a customer!!!!

Very disappointed in my experience at the Westlake location. The first thing you notice is pizza boxes and trash all around. Next is boxes on boxes of un-stocked products. Following the poor hygiene and overall quality of the shop your technician is the less then capable “Steven” With every other word out of his mouth being inappropriate and a lie he was also belittling his coworker. He first told me they didn’t have my filter annd wanted to send me elsewhere before even starting but it took his coworker to look through the unopened boxes to find it. Then once they finally started they had trouble getting my cover from underneath the vehicle off, they stated it was because the Avon location where I usually go stripped the bolts, later to find out Steven damaged the bolts himself when I ove

Daniel is an excellent worker. He is very quick and thorough. He has a very good sense of humor. I appreciate service like this. Even after a long day he was still in good spirits.

I have gone there a few times and when the I want to say more Puerto Rican looking worker is always super helpful always does such a great job and is respectful but the blonde hair kid with the face tattoos is absolutely rude all he does is sit on his phone all day long seems like he does not want to do his job in the slightest and for that reason alone I would not come back

Best oil change place there is. They guys are super friendly and quick and efficient. I will always be returning here
