Rad Air Complete Car Care and Tire Center - Westlake

I needed new struts and related work. Staff at Rad Air were helpful, courteous and finished ahead of time. The lady at the front desk waited for me after hours to pick up my car. Very satisfied, and I would recommend them.

Our family has been going to Radair for YEARS. Dino and his crew are extremely respectful, honest and priced fairly. Went in for oil change, tire rotation and breaks. Upon arrival I was told I didn’t need new breaks, as mine were totally fine. Most places would just take your money and run. We will continue to use them for years to come and highly recommend to anyone in or around the area! The cookies they provide when you pick up your car are an added bonus that make getting your car fixed that more warm and inviting.

We were traveling from Iowa to Cleveland to see family and on the way there my brakes started grinding and needed to be fixed all in one day due to the weekend. They squeezed me in same day and fixed/replaced multiple parts all before 3 pm. They accommodated calling my dad back in Iowa and having him pay over the phone. (Because i’m just a teenage girl LOL) They were excellent to be around and all such kind people. Even gave me two homemade cookies when checking out. Highly, highly, HIGHLY, recommend this place! Efficient, kind, and honest pricing.
