10/10 — Outstanding Customer Service from Lawrence I had an exceptional experience at the O’Reilly Auto Parts in Westlake. From the moment I walked up to the counter, Keith and Seth demonstrated great teamwork in helping me identify the right replacement headlight for my Jeep. Then Lawrence stepped in and took the experience to another level. Lawrence’s expertise, product knowledge, and willingness to help made me feel completely confident in my purchase. Staff was incredibly helpful. I have very limited knowledge about cars and my turn signals weren't working, they helped me figure out what part I needed and John went out of his way to help me install the new one even after his shift. Highly recommend this location for the great staff!

Went to get new wipers which were installed efficiently by Lawrence. And when I asked him a question about my car seat mechanism, he was able to figure out a solution to my problem! He was polite and took the time not only to help me but also to explain to me what I might need to do if the problem occurred in the future. Thank you to Lawrence!

My battery died at a nearby gas station. AAA was over run with disabled cars because of sub zero temperatures. I called the Westlake location, Lawrence came out within minutes and jumped started the car. I immediately went to their location, Lawrence installed a new battery in the brutally cold weather. I’ll be a customer for life, couldn’t thank them enough. Friendly and professional. Thanks again Lawrence!

The battery died on my truck right before work. After I was jumped, I went to O'Reilly's in Westlake. John helped me and was fantastic. He knew the deadline for me to get to my destination and he was professional and changed my battery without hesitation. A battery that is not easy to access or change.
