Costco Tire Service Center

Great Tire Center, Knowledgeable staff, very helpful and communicative, and adapts to issues with good communication. Replaced tires on 2 cars there, and received 2 warranty tires. Neither tire was in stock, so it was a 4-6 day delivery delay on both vehicles, but they were able to get me in promptly once they arrived and the work was quality. I hit a severe pothole (and the wheel broke in half) one month after getting new tires--Costco ordered replacement warranty tires days before Hurricane Helene hit disrupting their supply chain, when the tires had not arrived, they promptly apologized (not their fault) got tires re-ordered and made me an appointment despite them not arriving yet. Great experience. We went on a Saturday afternoon, had 2 tires put on in about an hour. I always used Gateway and Sams, Costco offers much better tires for much cheaper. Costco has free installation, lifetime road hazard, rotation and nitrogen air at no extra cost. They were 50.00 per tire cheaper than the other club chain. Very friendly, quick service. My new tire store!!!

Had to get a flat tire changed. Came to Costco and was able to order my tire at a great price. Rich and Jamarkus handled my vehicle with care and made sure my vehicle was balanced and the tires were rotated. Highly recommend.

Got a flat on 40 pulled over had it towed home.costco said warranty not valid for driving on tire while it was flat 179.00 plus tax didn't even pro rate.sad won't buy the next set from this manager.

Costco Tire Center repaired my tire and cost me a fraction of the price the Toyota dealership was going to charge. They were able to squeeze me in without an appointment and had me on my way in a little over an hour. Costco Tire Center never disappoints!
