Costco Tire Service Center

Worst experience ever! We ordered tires online for my husbands truck. We made our appointment. Told us it would be an hour half wait ok no problem. Tina who was working the desk was very kind and professional. 20 minutes in we get a call from them stating they couldn’t do our tires because the tech Livio said ALL our lug nuts were bad. ALL 24 of them. Told us to replace them and then come back to have the tires put on. We asked for a refund and Livio proceeded our refund and gave us a hard time because online we paid with a Mastercard but in store they don’t accept Mastercard. So why would online give us that option to begin with. So after his attitude and arrogance he gave us a refund on a different card. We left and went to Pepboys who were kind and did our tires and there was NOTHING wr

Had a great experience with tire installation. I ordered online and made an appointment. They took me at the time of my appointment. Took about 1.5 hours and I shopped while I waited.

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Livio Nunez is the technician I had at the desk and I’m shocked to see how he treated customers. He was not only rude but told me to take my car to a non Costco shop to have lug nuts replaced. The other workers however said Costco tire center would be able to do it. I would recommend you take your car elsewhere if Livio is working that day. It’s a shame to see how customer service is here.

Decent price for the tires but bad customer service. Josh was working front desk when I was there and I never encountered someone be so rude in customer service before. I won’t be visiting there again for anything regarding my car. To me bad customer service is a big deal.

This place is very hit or miss depending on who is working. It's a miracle if someone shows up to the front desk after 5 minutes. The entire operation is rinky-dink old school operation that makes me feel like I'm in the 90's again and not on par with Costco service in general. It seems to be the case with every Costco Tire Center. The working culture back there is a joke. They should be embarrassed. It took them 1.5hr to do a rotation I can do in my own driveway in 15min. While I was waiting for someone at the front desk to show up to get my car, 2 people not even wearing Costco clothing walked back with employees. Is this a hangout? What is going on? I have to take the car there for tire warranty reasons, otherwise I wouldn't. Their new system for texts is atrocious and misleading. I'l
