Costco Tire Service Center

After shopping with Costco for years and hearing great things about the tire center, ordered 4 tires to be installed. Made an appointment when they arrived and it was down hill from there. After several hours they were only able to mount 3 of the 4 tires on my stock OEM rims. Upon backing out the car there was noticeable damage on all 4 rims. Took another trip back to get the 4th tire installed and was asked to submit a claim for the damage to the rims. Just got a call they were denying my claim for the damage to the rims. Very disappointed and honestly disillusioned as a Costco customer. I would highly advice against using the Costco tire center.

Impossible to reach over the phone. When you do reach them they are rude and unhelpful. Not worth your time.

Bought tires online and made an appointment on a Friday at 11:30am. Dropped car off, let them know I didn’t have the tool to take off the Audi lug bolt covers, they said they had one, no problem. Installed the tires on my 2021 S4 in about 1.5 hours even though it was during the time most places would be at lunch. Price for Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 was hundreds less than anywhere else!

Jeff.. you were wrong. You wasted your time today but more importantly you wasted my time. Please focus on customer needs next time. I was the only person in line and it took 10 minutes for anyone to help me, then another 10 minutes for you to check me out.

Ordered tires online and had to schedule the replacement for a later date due to them not being in-stock. There was a special for $100 off the tires and $30 off installation. The process was easy and I have no complaints. That being said, I’m not really sure I received the discounted install (did not show up on invoice). My wife dropped the vehicle off and was met by an unenthused attendant. She was never provided an estimate or call when the vehicle was ready for pick up.
