Costco Tire Service Center

Danny is a great manager that fixed his associates bad service I’ve been a Costco member for years, but this Tire Center experience was extremely disappointing and basically a scam I was charged $200 for a road hazard sidewall replacement on a Michelin Pilot Sport AS4 285/35ZR22 with less than 7,000 miles. That charge implies significant tread wear, which does not align with the mileage. When I asked for transparency in the prorated calculation, I requested that both the damaged tire and a brand-new tire be measured using the same tread depth gauge for an accurate comparison. This request was refused. Additionally, rotation and balancing — services included with Costco tire purchases — were not provided. Eric went above and beyond to help me, and the customer service was truly amazing. While other staff members fixed the tires, Eric at the front desk was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the process. He went out of his way to make sure everything was handled smoothly, and I truly appreciated his support. He was truly lovely and made the whole experience much better

Do not count this apart of your membership. They cannot return your call. Need to make a recommendation. Go visit town fair tire. They arnt too busy to pick up the phone and do a tire swap. They are also price competitive to costco tire

Extremely impressed. Great customer service. Thr nicest and most helpful people - Santiago and Eric were superb. I had an issue and they were both beyond helpful. Price is right too and I can get my tires rotated every 6k miles for free. Go there!

Called to see if they would look at my tires, guy who answered was very rude, asked me if my tire pressure light was on or not, and then told me they're not a full service shop and hung up abruptly. I don't know that it's not an issue with my tire, google said it could be! UPDATE: There was a screw in the tire! I'm sure had any service rep at this Costco had actually bothered to look at my tire that they would have been able to assess that. I sure hope whoever was working the phone at 3:50 pm on Saturday, September 6th 2025 gets in some trouble.
