Costco Tire Service Center

I had an amazing experience at the Costco Tire Center inside the Costco Shertz location. The team here is fast, friendly, and incredibly professional. From the moment I checked in, they made the entire process hassle-free. They walked me through my options, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood everything about my tires and warranty. The install was quick, the pricing was great (as always with Costco), and the customer service really stood out. Everyone I interacted with seemed genuinely committed to helping customers, and that level of service is hard to find these days. Highly recommend this Costco Tire Center if you want quality work, great value, and a smooth experience from start to finish!

They can get higher end Michelin Pilot Sport tires. Remember to bring your wheel locks, because they won't remind you. And you'll have to come back. They're very nice about it though.

Just wanted to give a huge shout-out to Jarrelle. I was having some serious issues with the air pressure in my tires and Jarrelle took to the time assist me without me even having to ask for help. It was much appreciated and he helped me out BIG time. I definitely recommend looking for him if you ever need help from anyone at the Costco Tire Service Center.

This was my second set of tires to buy at Costco. I had the same issue as the first time and thought it was a one off. They might as well not have an appointment system. Apologetic as they may be the simple solution is to have an outbound text letting people know that they're running behind.They have no problem reminding you five times that you have an appointment coming up so this seems to make perfect sense to me. Wasted hours of my time waiting for my tires to be installed. I got a full refund and bought the exact same tires and service at Discount Tire for $5 more than Costco. At least I know that Discount Tire will do their best and be friendly and likely be on time.

Beware! Warranties are only useful for instock tires. And they don’t carry much! I’m now waiting. Having paid for the tire replacement driving around on a spare. Can’t call it in either so you have to drive there. They say “yep you’re screwed”, you pay and leave with no service. Thanks Costco.
