Lots of damage not listed in advertisement. I felt like the video online was intentionally deceptive as to the actual condition of the vehicle for sale. Communication was poor as to weather this was a private seller or business. Online ad seemed like it was a private party. Got to address to find I needed an appointment. With all that said, I'd avoid this business.

I took my car here for a couple things. First and foremost, I 100% reccomend them for work. Not just from me, but my friends and family all have come here for their worst issues and left happy even if they ultimately didn’t choose to fix it. They are honest and do good work, simple. That’s the TL;DR for you. In long form: They aren’t always the cheapest, but they are quality and typically have better prices compared to the dealerships on a lot of things. Have any of you heard the “good, fast, cheap” saying? You can pick two of the three, but you can’t have it all. Good and fast won’t be cheap, and cheap and fast won’t be good. I can't recommend Import Euroworks enough! Despite taking my car in late in the day, Paco and his team jumped right on it, starting work on my BMW X5 almost immediately. He even went above and beyond by recommending reliable tow truck services, which made the whole process so much easier. Throughout the entire repair, Paco was incredibly communicative, providing updates at every opportunity. I had to pay out of pocket for a rental car, and knowing my situation, Paco and his team worked quickly and efficiently to get my vehicle back to me as soon as possible, helping me avoid extra rental fees. Exceptional service! After calling all around San Antonio for a service center for my Mini Cooper, Import Euroworks stepped up. I had an engine light pop up two days before going on a 12-hr trip, explained my situation, and they were able to diagnose the issue, order the part, and fix the problem within 48 hours. They called and kept me up to date on the diagnosis, cost, and time estimate. Every employee and mechanic that I spoke to was knowledgeable and professional. They also vacuumed my interior for free! It’s a great pleasure to receive such good service. Will recommend to any foreign car owner.

The team at Euroworks did an excellent job on my difficult to work on 97 (Japanese) Land Cruiser. Excellent communication throughout and attention to detail. Saved me from potential catastrophic engine failure!
