Kent Powersports Service Department

I have purchased two bikes from Kent PS. Always go above and beyond to make the total process seamless. The service department is next level. Very knowledgeable and will do that little bit extra to make sure you are satisfied.

I bought a motorcycle from here and they just finished a repair after 3 years of no maintenance. Everything was fixed bike running like it's new again. Even with the parts taking along time to come in they kept me updated on the status and even worked with my busy schedule to pick up the motorcycle

Drove 6hr around trip. To pick up a new 2023 cam am ryker. Got it home drove it about 10miles battery light come on check engine light. Took it back to them. They said they fixed the problem. Got it back home drove it and the same thing happened. Call them they came and pick it up. Said it's fixed. They said they would have it to me on Saturday no show know call.

Customer service was excellent. Staff is knowledgeable and experienced. They have a nice selection of motorcycles. I was there to have a new tire put on. Price was comparable to other motorcycle shops and dealerships. Thank you.

Customer service is great. Parts department super helpful. Not much in the way of accessories in store, but totally willing to order
