Costco Tire Service Center

They are so focused on sales that the operation is disorganized. They’ll do good work at a good price but waste your time. Have you come in when you don’t need to if they don’t have your tire and make you come back another day. Stuff that could easily be solved by looking something up beforehand.

I went to this Tire Center last Thursday morning to fix a flat tire after being told it was not reparable at a nearby discount tire shop. The Costco mechanic fixed it!! God bless him! Very professional and friendly service!

I bought tires at Costco and get it rotated after 4 months, now I came to replace one of the flat tire replacement with appointment. They told me that I will get a call in an hour for pickup after tire replacement is done. But it’s more than 2.5 hours still not done. Another issue they informed me that one of the tire bolt they can’t open, i wondered they only rotated my car tires last time and now they can’t open. Suggesting me to go to mechanic to rotate my tires or fix the tire bolt. Seems like they messed with my tire bolt threads. Worst experience, I don’t recommend Warrington Costco tire center for anyone. Sorry, while writing reviews other person tried to open the tire and broke the bolt. Now one of the wheel with only 4 bolts. Scared to drive with 4 bolts.

I purchased 4 tires and scheduled replacement 3 times on this store. We went back and forth 4 times and still not done yet. I called 40min before I went and confirmed they have enough time to complete the work before they closed, but after 40min drive when I arrived they said no and he said he'll yell at the one who said yes, but just no work and no apology! Our wheel lock is missing and that's not their fault, but they took apart our trunk(maybe to find the lock) and there's a screw missing now and I cannot assemble it back with a flat surface now!! The lock box was simply put in the box behind passenger seat why you disassemble my trunk?? I wish they had some common sense and I wish they will complete the work next time!!

Be careful when using their online battery selection tool! The one for my 3 series bmw was waaay smaller than the original requiring brackets etc I’m also concerned that it’s performance.
