Costco Tire Service Center

I just wanted to share an outstanding experience I had with Isaac, the tire technician at Costco. I brought my car in for an issue covered under warranty, and Isaac handled everything professionally and efficiently from start to finish. He clearly explained the process and took the time to answer all my questions. It's refreshing to see this level of customer service - honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping the customer. This is exactly why I continue to trust Costco for my tire service. Thank you, Isaac, for going above and beyond - Costco is lucky to have you!

I had an absolutely unacceptable experience at this Costco Tire Center. After they finished working on my car, they left it outside for over four hours with both windows wide open and the keys sitting inside in plain view. There was zero communication, zero accountability, and zero security. No one bothered to call me, check on the vehicle, or even attempt to secure it. Anyone could have walked up and stolen my car, taken my belongings, or worse. The lack of basic responsibility is shocking. When I confronted them, their only “solution” was to offer me $50 or a tank of gas, as if that somehow makes up for the complete negligence and risk they put me in. I was also told that the employee would be “held accountable,” but honestly, that doesn’t help me or restore my trust in this location.

I, and many others have experienced terrible service at this center. The Clifton center is terrible too! Everywhere is terrible so, I'll be getting my own garage to work on my brand new Lambo soon. These wannabe mechanics act like they are so special and that we know nothing. Legos are easy, try doing custom work. My most recent experience was when I had my tires rotated, and all of my rims around the center cap area were scratched and completely chipping off. Looks like they used a screw driver or some improper method. These guys don't like me they are very strange. They never are careful when using their torque guns for the lug nuts always scratching that rim area too beware! They should be using plastic coated torque guns. Got a terrible flat and was driving on a donut. The technicians in the shop were busy, especially as I came in 10min before closing. The technician Isaac S. was able to repair my tire quickly before they closed. I’m very very grateful for them and their service on this cold and windy night! And the tire was under warranty, so the repair was free!

I purchased tires from Costco because it’s a good deal and it comes with the service and warranty that was very appealing. But what a headache! They don’t treat their jobs with care. I came the first time and they told me they couldn’t get the wheels off because the wheel lock for my Lexus was stripped. I went to the dealer to get another one made and went back to Costco to try again. This time they said that they couldn’t get the last one off and asked if I could go back to Lexus to see if they could replace the wheel lock with regular lug nuts. I saw that the brand new wheel lock key I had made was again stripped. I still haven’t gotten my tires put on but this experience has totally turned me off to the service. Lesson learned - it’s discounted for a reason. I would have just paid to
