Cottages at Compass Point

I moved to the Cottages 1 1/2 years ago and it was the absolute best decision that I made! My cottage is beautiful, the grounds are impeccable and the amenities are more than anyone can ask for…truly resort living! Our manager, Steven, is wonderful and does all he can to make the residents comfortable. The neighbors are the best- we are truly a community. There is something for everyone here at the cottages! If you aren’t happy here- you won’t be happy anywhere!

We absolutely love it here! There are so many sincerely fun amenities, including simulated golf, indoor/outdoor pools, a huge, state of the art gym, pilate-yoga studio, sauna, outdoor bbq areas and fun, planned activities. The cottages are gorgeous with a rustic, modern decor.Our Property Manager, Steve, couldn’t be more welcoming and attentive to all of us here. You really have to take the ride here to experience the gorgeous clubhouse, amenities and fun vibe of the residents!! Plus, you are so close to LBI and Atlantic City!! My Mom and I move to Cottages at Compass Point last January to a Magnolia home. Living here has been wonderful and we are very happy! It has been exciting watching the club house come together so beautifully. We look forward to enjoying all of the amenities that will soon be available. So far, our neighbors that we have met are great and I look forward to meeting more and enjoying our development together. The sunsets are amazingly beautiful 😍

no star we lived there for 2 years the cottage is beautiful, parking is annoying they have a new manager that does the best he can with what he is allowed to do. It is not for seniors we paid 4500 deposit still waiting to get our money back after 28 days. I have been dealing with a sick husband and met some of the most vial people in my life biggest mistake in 79 years.

Our move in was made very pleasant with the help of Steven, who's been great to work with. We love our new home.
