Highly recommend Country Autocare. We came in without an appointment, on a holiday, needing to drive 7 hours later that day, and the staff immediately helped us with diagnosing our issue (broken tie rod), ordering the part, and getting us on the road again in less than 3 hours. They showed a great deal of professionalism, transparency, and compassion to an out-of-town family of four, all while also taking care of their regular clientele — they greeted everyone else who came in by name! Went in with a blown tire. No spare/doughnut available in my car. They ordered and installed a full set even though they don't stock tires at their facility since all my tires were over half worn and another was soon to blow out. Also while doing an oil change found out my serpentine belt was cracking all over and beginning to fray. An issue that was soon to leave me stranded with no warning otherwise. On top of all the needed service they gave me a pretty good discount. My car moves much better.

These guys are great from checking in to leaving. They greet you as you walk in explain everything to you and answer any questions. The tecs are very polite and respectful. I highly recommend them for all your automotive repairs!! Good work good price = great experience

On our way to see family in Baltimore, our Subaru started making a terribly loud knocking sound as we were driving. We immediately got off 91 and found our way here. Upon arriving, we were greeted warmly and one of the mechanics offered to take it for a ride around the block to help us know if was safe to drive. When we got back to the shop, he seemed confident that lug nuts were loose or missing. With no appointment and on Christmas Eve, he had us pull into a bay. He carefully tightened each one and found two lug nuts missing! He was right. After replacing the one that he could and tightening the others, we asked for a bill. He simply said, “Merry Christmas.” I can’t even begin to share our gratitude! I highly recommend this sweet auto shop!

I can’t say enough nice things about Country Auto Care & Tire Center. I hit a curb hard in the morning on the way to work and basically destroyed two tires and wheels. I called in the hopes that this place might be able to help me out. Not only did they see me right away once I got my car towed, they contacted every salvage yard in the area and even drove to East Hartford to get a replacement wheel so I could get the car back before the weekend. I’m going there any time I need maintenance from now on. The price was extremely reasonable as well, great all around performance by them.
