Bought a tire and rim package for my Mazda 3 and decided to go pick it up myself from their HQ in Connecticut. I saved $80 in shipping costs but that's not the main reason I decided to pick up. I just wanted to go for a long ride 😁. You don't really get to see much of the actual facility. They have a dedicated customer parking space right off the side of their building and you call a phone number and they bring out your order. Been a huge fan of tire rack for at least 15 years now, and in my opinion they still have one of the best values for brand new wheels and tires.
Always great customer service and super easy to pick up your tires and save yourself 40 bucks if you live in the area.
If you live close to a tire rack distribution center you can save a significant amount of money on tires by picking them up yourself.
Ordered on tire rack, picked up here. Did this a few times already. Awesome center to have available.
Great price on a large selection of tire brands in various sizes. Since they are in the area, I pick them up myself and save on shipping. The process is fairly quick and easy. You check in at the office and they direct you where to go as far as the loading dock goes. I have found the staff on the phone and in person to be friendly and helpful.
