Country Club Car Wash

Just paid $45 for their highest detail and the windshield wasn’t touch, dash board not even wiped down, seats not vacuumed, door jams dirty! This is a common occurrence at EVERY location. I’ve given them multiple chances and I won’t be anymore.

I was excited to try this place after a friend recommended it for their manual service—real people working on your car, not just machines. I expected that would mean more attention to detail, especially for things automated washes miss. Unfortunately, the experience felt TOO rushed. The attendant barely explained the packages, and I didn’t realize mat cleaning wasn’t included in the basic wash. Inside, a few spots were missed, and I later found a big tree sap stain still on the front of my car. If the basic wash is meant to be less thorough/not clean obvious spots, they should market it that way—or slow down and make sure those are covered (my suggestion)

You’re better off just letting your toddler use the water hose … I swung by here out of convenience on Saturday for a quick wash. It was $20 so it’s not like I expected a professional detail but it should have been at least cleaned a little. I didn’t have time to get out and check the quality of the wash but noticed it as soon as I got home and reached out to the owners for a refund so we will see if I hear back!

First visit to Country Club Carwash was a good experience. Prices are a little high but in today’s market I’m not surprised. The outside of my car looks fantastic. I wish more was included in the wash price but the Manager explained that they do have services that I can add for additional cost. All in all I would use them again especially since they are a brushless carwash!

Terrible car wash! Everytime I go through, my car is still dirty and they refuse to let me go through again even after I paid for the best wash! Vacuums suck worse than the management. Just go to a different car wash and get your money's worth
