🚫PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!🚫 if you are looking to get your car detailed and washed please avoid this place. my husband took his car here to get detailed and they completely mishandled his car. the detailer negligently drove my husband’s car over a deep pothole causing significant damage to his muffler, exhaust, and the axle. my husband spoke to the owner of this business hoping to resolve the issue but the owner shamefully BLAMED my husband in front of many customers. he claimed my husband was trying to scam the owner which in fact is NOT true. this is not the first time this business has mishandled customers’ cars according to our insurance company. if i could rate this place with ZERO STARS i would. please don’t support this business that doesn’t care about their customers’ cars.

I have been going to this location for over a decade. Easily given this company over thousands of dollars in tips over the years. Really loved the work I received and the employees were actually great. A quick background on myself, I am a disabled navy veteran and an East Bakersfield native and love supporting local businesses. My issue lies in the fact that they made a mistake on my last detailer and damaged my exhaust. My car is 0.8-1.0” lower than stock. When they were driving my car they fell into a pot hole(I have no idea why they haven’t covered it up) and knocked my muffler off. The exhaust system I have is close to $2,000 and the muffler alone is around $600. I still played it calm and I know companies have insurance for mistakes like this.
