We always support local when possible, and until recently we had been customers of a local business that treated us fairly. After multiple attempts to get our vehicle scheduled to be looked at for a significant issue that prevented us from driving it, we finally were able to talk to someone. Upset with how we were being treated, I looked up repair shops near us and we found Countryside!!! Chris has definitely gained this families trust and we will be trusting our families service and repair needs with him and his family.

My husband and I were driving from Colorado to Connecticut pulling a boat, when around 7pm we noticed a coolant leak, off the highway in a small town, we wondered how we would find help after 8pm? Countryside Automotive was open until 11pm, and Chris is an angel! He responded quickly and was able to get us in the shop right away. Chris was able to diagnose the failed heater core quickly, and provide a quick fix to get us back on the road and even recommended a great spot for us to stay that night. Chris was very professional and kept me updated on everything going on with my truck and let me know when new problems came up that he didn't notice before. Very fair prices and great with working with your schedule! Will be coming back in the future! He also answered any questions on what something was when I didn't know in a way I could understand!

I cannot recommend Countryside Automotive enough. Chris is a great guy who really knows what he's doing and puts the time in to fix the real problem, not just the PROFITABLE problem. When my car stopped shifting into reverse, I took my car to a different local mechanic with good reviews on Google. They kept my car for an entire month, with ZERO communication as to why it was taking so long or even what the problem with my car might be. They never returned my calls and when I tried to just go get my car back, no one was even there. When I finally caught them in the shop, they told me the whole transmission was going to need to be replaced and would cost $1500 at least. I took the same car to Chris at Countryside Automotive for a second opinion. I dropped it off on a Friday night. Saturday
