NAPA Auto Parts - Forrest Auto Supply

Not only the worst Napa I've ever been to but the worst auto parts store I've ever been to. Went in to see if they scan codes for people like pretty much every other auto parts store does for free, they do not. Not only that but they did not have a scanner in stock that I could buy. Most reasonable people would assume that this fact alone would then prompt the employee to offer to scan codes in my vehicle. Not only did he still refuse to do so but he acted like my request was ridiculous and unreasonable. I won't be going back to that store or any other Napa for that matter

Great service. They even load the heavy boxes in your car! Plus the woman that works there worked with us to order the right mirrors for my husbands truck
