Could not be happier with our experience with Shafer Truck and RV. We had been searching for a clean used Phoenix Cruiser. Shafers RV had a unit advertised on their website. I called and spoke with Todd (owner). So great to deal with an owner and family owned business. Todd answered all my questions in detail and sent me numerous pictures of the unit. We made the deal. When we arrived Todd had the unit inside and took the time to show us how everything worked. The unit had been fully serviced and was ready to go. Our Phoenix Cruiser performed flawlessly on our 600 mile drive home. Thank you Todd and Shafer Truck and RV. Great buying experience and highly recommend!

They had what I was looking for and they are a very good family owned business.

I bought an RV from these folks from the other side of the country. I was very hesitant but it was a fantastic experience. The RV was in fantastic condition (as advertised) and it was originally priced very fairly, better than anywhere else, so no need to haggle. They didn't try to upsell anything and only charged for the titling fee (again, very fair). I had been looking for a long time for the exact, right rig and absolutely every other RV dealer seemed slimy and disingenuous. Every interaction I had with the folks at Shafer's was completely the opposite. I worked with the service folks as I wanted to run the water systems and then re-winterize it- they were great too. It was ridiculous to fly across the country to buy this and drive it home but I would not hesitate to do it again.

We bought a new 2023 Coachmen Nova Class B from this dealer a few months ago. Very helpful and answered all our questions on the different models before we made our choice. No pressure sales, no added on hidden "fees". Todd was great to work with and a super nice guy. The entire process was smooth. Great prices on their inventory. Everyone was super nice to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend them!! Definitely worth the country drive!
