Great Customer Service. Very professional, very impressed as to how well they were communicating with me as far the inspection of the vehicle and what needed to be replaced. The gentleman in the service desk was very helpful. In would definitely recommend to friend and family!

Posting as the daughter of a customer. My mom called me while she was at Countryside Nissan because she was upset by how she was being treated. She was quoted $75 for an oil change and charged $89 in person. When she questioned it, BJ Diloy was dismissive and rude. After she declined extra services, she was left waiting even though her car was done. He also refused to provide his business card until she asked again Unprofessional and disappointing experience.

No one should ever take their vehicle here. Biggest scam, somehow they have no record of past work, can only go back 1 year.. complete lie and bs to your face. but someone they know your due for that work.. hmmm how would you know I’m due for work if no records of that work is done, so you wouldn’t know if it’s passed due ? Because if you only kept records 1 year then you’d have no idea on what mileage point that last service was.

I am upset that I couldn't count on you guys. I went to get service on my car before my trip to Wisconsin to ensure we had a safe vehicle and come to find out I had to stop by Zimbrick Nissan. It was the worst experience there and I feel I was scammed/lied to by both of you. I will not be getting my tires from here and will be going somewhere else. Thank you though for being the most professional compared to Melrose park and Zimbrick Nissan tho.

I brought my car in for regular oil/lube maintenance, returned 1 week later due to "low fluid" light coming on. After troubleshooting by 1 mechanic and 1 service advisor (both finding nothing "wrong" with my car), seasoned mechanic came and tried some "hacking" techniques, and the issue was resolved. I appreciated them walking me through everything they were trying, wouldn't give up until issue was resolved and didn't try to scam me into getting expensive work done for something that ended up being a simple fix.
