The staff are SO kind! - It really was what solidified scheduling with them. In today's world it seems basic genuine customer service is a lost art, but the staff at Cowan's is truly outstanding!

These guys did a fantastic job in diagnosing the problem, informing the customer exactly what the issue is, how much it will cost, and an accurate estimation as to when the job will be done. Resolved my dilemma within 40 minutes. Very friendly mechanics. By far the best experience I have had with an out of town mechanic.
