Cox's Automotive Specialties

Very caring and communicative place. I stopped in winslow and had sudden horrible sound and was lucky to find them. Dropped off my car (keybox is their mail box in front of the door btw) and left them a message and got a very thorough analysis on the problem, my options, and a very transparent expected price.

Sam went out of her way to help me get out of a bind, thank you for giving hope in trying to prevent dire situation Bring business to them with confidence -Ed R Truckin Texan

My wife, our six month old Yorkie puppy and I were traveling home to Florida when we got a check engine light just east of Flagstaff. We made it to Winslow and were very fortunate to find Cox Auto. It was well over 100 degrees when the nice lady from the office came out and ran a diagnostic on our Escape. She told us what caused the light, reset it and told us not to worry if it came on again. (Of course I have forgotten what caused the light but I think it had something to do with emissions). She then refused any payment and told us to enjoy our trip! If you’re having an issue with your car take it here!

Many thanks to Sam. We had a problem with our rental truck. Sam was honest and helpful, referring us to someone who she said would be very helpful and better placed than her to fix it. She was right, they did it in 5 minutes. Many thanks for your help and honesty, Sam. Highly recommended

Reliable and great work ethic very nice people and prices are reasonable.
