Traveling in our RV when the power started to fail us. We lost so much that we couldn't get our generator to turn on and had no AC in the sweltering heat of AZ in June. Initially, we stopped at an auto zone to test the batteries. But they didn't have any new ones in stock. We called around to nearby shops, and not only did this NAPA location have the 2 batteries we needed, but they pulled our old ones and put the new ones in for us! The guy who helped us was the absolute BEST. I wish I knew his name. Not only was he super friendly providing service with a smile, but he gave us watermelon as we left that was just a sweet ending to a very difficult time. Thank you SO much!! Highly recommend this location if you ever need anything auto related!!

Great store! Very good customer service, they are always willing to help out. They are quick at finding the right parts you need and get them to you faster than any other parts store. Any questions how to test or fix something they have the answer for you! 12/10 will recommend to everyone

5 Stars to Robert!!! Much appreciate the service and having a well stocked store!! Plus letting me use your own tool!! I bought everything I needed however, I needed a very short screw driver. I didn’t really want to buy one for a 2 second job in the parking lot so, Robert offered up a small screwdriver from his own tool box out of his truck. Very much appreciate the service, respect and lending me a tool. Highly recommend. Thank you!!
