David went above and beyond. We have never had to be towed before but experienced a blowout. We fully expected to just basically be dropped off in the middle of nowhere to figure things out for ourselves. When he pulled up, he greeted us, made a little joke, and let us get into the truck to stay cool. He called a local tire shop to make sure that they had the size we needed for our car before he even pulled onto the interstate. He was super friendly on the short drive to the shop, and kept us entertained. When he dropped us off, the rapport he had with the lady at the tire shop was awesome; these are really good people! Tri-R Towing is a 10/10, and I highly recommend them!
