Mark and his crew did a beautiful job on my Subaru. A friend had backed into my passenger side and it needed a new door and more. I brought the car to them on Dec. 15th and I got it back before Christmas..So pleased..I will highly recommend them to anyone needing body work on their vehicles.

I've got nothing but praise for the work Coynes performed on my Jetta. The front was looking REAL rough but lo and behold, two weeks later, you'd never be able to tell it was in an accident. They even went as far as to flatten out the front license plate that was really crumpled so no additional trip to DMV for me. So thank you Dave, Ron, and all the techs involved with restoring the front end of my car.

I would give Coynes Shoreline Collison a half star. (Long story short for those that don't want to read, I dropped my car off January 2 and got my car back February 1 for a 9 day job) I took my car here because a car swiped the side of my car on November 15. Since they were at fault, I used their insurance's suggestion (Coynes). There are a series of bad things about this establishment from their customer service to their "finished" jobs. I called to make an appointment the week of the accident and they were booked until January 2. I took my car there and they said it would be a 9-day job. They were going to replace one or both doors and buff out the scratches on the bottom panel. What our family really appreciated most about this business is their honesty. They were straightforward and honest, which are two qualities that some of the most important when dealing with anything automotive. We really appreciated their honest answer about their scope of work, what was considered "body work" and what was simply a small dent, and providing a referral when necessary. I would absolutely visit this business again, thank you!

Just brought my car to Coynes to get repaired after an accident; I was referred to them by my parents who have used them several times. They worked directly with my insurance to setup an appointment with the adjuster and keep the claims process moving. They set me up with a rental car from enterprise, which arrived within 15 minutes of dropping off my car. They began work on my car the same day of the adjuster's inspection and the girls in the office were great about following up with me on my car's status. I just picked up my car yesterday and it looks fantastic- they did a great job and it is sparkling clean which I did not expect. I highly recommend Coynes- thanks guys :)
