I have used Midas of Westbrook for over 30 years. I have never been taken advantage of. Jackie, who is the manager, is the best manger this station has ever had. Tony was working the front desk greeting customers and keeping us updated. Once done he let us know how things went during the inspection and let us know if anything needs to be done. Neither pushed anything on people. This location has never pushed services on me. It's been the opposite. Jackie has saved me money but understanding my needs and only orders what I need. With her I was able to keep two cars on the road running each for 14 years.
They got me in and out quickly when I stopped by for a walk-in emissions test. They will be my new spot if they keep up this type of smooth service.
Definitely my go to for auto repairs. Staff is very friendly and the repairs were explained to me on a level I could understand. Will be back for sure.
Best place in CT for emissions testing. Never waited more than 15 min to include the test itself! Fast, friendly and efficient service. Jeff the owner is a super guy. Next time I need tires, I’m coming here!
They were amazing! They were able to take me right in and fix my wiper issue without me having to wait! Best team ever!
