New to the area and tried a different mechanic shop for some routine maintenance. This routine maintenance caused my transmission to act up and appeared it wasn’t done correctly. Brought it into Coyote, explained the situation and they explained the procedure and how it should be done. Their off the cuff knowledge made me feel comfortable that they would address the problem appropriately. They were able to squeeze me into their scheduled and in less than a day, truck was ready for me. JJ and Joe gave me a recommendations for next items to address and timelines on my truck. After nearly breaking down on a 2 lane country road, I was able to limp my truck 2 miles to their shop. I arrived before they opened and waited for staff to arrive. Once they had opened I walked in and was immediately taken care of. The staff was friendly, upfront, and helpful. JJ walked me through the possible causes and possible solutions. So I left my truck with them. Within the hour I was called and informed of the situation. I was shocked to find out they'd have the truck back up and running by the end of the day! I was preparing to go the entire weekend without a vehicle. The pricing for the repair was very reasonable considering the circumstances and the staff was great. I'd highly recommend them and will be going back for further maintenance in the future.

I have been going to Coyote for over a year and have been pleased with their knowledge and ability to "break it down" to laymans terms with what my car needs and how it is running.
