Additionally, they offer both mechanical and collision repair for all trucks, and both their repairs and customer service is hands down superior to all others in their industry. They will work with you if you are part of a large fleet owned organization, using insurance, or if you have just a single truck of your own, and they ensure your vehicle will be restored to its original quality. Profection Fleet Services has been in business for 30yrs. I have dealt with all kinds of vendors throughout the years. Cristian Hillis At Rush started out as our parts contact years ago. Cristian has always made it top priority to help Profection receive the correct part the 1st time. He is extremely knowledgeable and proficient at his job. Recently he has moved up to service…..we truly miss him. Cristian still contacts us on a regular basis to see how we are doing and if we need anything. Awesome place to get your truck repaired. Had some bad experiences out there with repair shops. Alec the shop supervisor is a god sent. Went in on Saturday with engine light on indicating def problem and talked to service department also awesome and they directed to Alec. He the listened to everything I said looked at my truck quickly and said he would get me in Monday morning diagnose the problem and get me on the road Tuesday and that’s exactly what they did.
