Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Amanda at the Huntley location is a lifesaver! She went above and beyond to pick up a vehicle from another branch at 6AM to ensure I can leave on a weekend trip with my family. Super easy and great to deal with!

I have travelled for work for years, and typically chose a competitor when needing a rental car after a flight. My current position has me renting cars locally to drive throughout the Midwest. From my first interaction with the Huntley team, I instantly became an Enterprise fan. Amanda and her team are awesome: friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. My vehicles are always ready at the promised time, and checkout is a breeze. Sometimes I need a ride to the location, and that let’s me hang out with Frank and share stories about our families. I will have to rent a vehicle 2-3 times a month in 2026, and will only choose Enterprise in Huntley as long as Amanda is there. They have made a fan out of me.

I reserved a premium car a week in advance. Audi or BMW sedan - confirmed on reservation documents. Arrived at rental place to find out they stuck me with a complely filthy Nissan Rogue that smells with 37k miles on it with a rough idle. Car felt like it would break down at any min. They didn't even bother to call or email me be beforehand to let me know so I could cancel my reservation and go through a different company. Complete bait/switch. Car is beat up beyond belief and they didn't even properly wash it. Inside or outside. Was told oh we wash it but all we have is a standard hose 🙄😬 🤦🏻 Guy working the counter didn't even care. Had an "oh well" attitude towards the whole thing. So now Instead of a premium experience to drive prospective clients in I'm upset that I'm paying hundreds

The day I got into a car accident someone from the Huntley local branch was supposed to meet me at the autobody my insurance mandated me to get repairs at by 1pm. First of all I sat there waiting for the enterprise guy to show up with the rental to take me back to enterprise to finish the rental process for 30 minutes cause he was “running late” then when he showed up and we got into the car the it was very apparent that the guy driving wasn’t very sure how to operate the car and I noticed he had his GPS on his cellphone and not on the car and was having trouble looking at his gps while driving which made me uncomfortable.. he couldn’t get the windshield wipers to work and wasn’t able to see out of the windshield and almost had to pull off the road which made me VERY uncomfortable..He ende

I would give zero if I could. I reserved a vehicle through their site for noon on Saturday 12/27 one way back home with my kids. I got there (before noon) and the doors were locked. I called and was hung up being told We Are Closed. I later received an email with a copy of the contract for my reserved car. Signed at 1138am. Everywhere else sold out even airport! I ended up getting car from airport next day for more than 4x cost of my original reservation. Noone has reached back out! And I had to cancel the hotel I booked in PA that night and am now trying to get that refunded as well :(
