On 12/20, I’d taken our truck to have a tire replaced in, D.C. unbeknownst to us the technician failed to tighten the lug nuts! I was on 495 traveling at 65 MPH when our SUV began to violently shake. I asked Siri where the nearest automotive shop was and thank God, I was less than 3miles away. I dodged 3 accidents attempting to get to them. Upon turning into the parking lot, the tire completely flew off and our vehicle fell to the ground! These guys came running out to help! They orchestrated a tow and repairs at the OTHER dealerships expense as opposed to using our own insurance.(still in awe at that) We’re forever grateful to you and your team for how you blessed our family. These guys are great, got my Toyota Tacoma and my Lexus worked on here and both turned out perfect. They spent the time to thoroughly diagnose both vehicles and worked with me to determine the most important and cost effective repairs to make.

I can’t say enough good things about Craftsman Auto Care in Reston. After visiting a few other local shops that were pushing services I didn’t really feel confident about, this place was a breath of fresh air. I was told I needed, rotation, balance, and alignment and would have paid around $400 at these shops. Greg, Steven, and John were incredibly honest, patient, and professional.
