Craney's Body Shop

During this last snow we got my husband hit a snow bank and that very same day they came right out and got our vehicle. They were very courteous ! My insurance was kinda being well difficult but they stood my ground for me. They put me the customer first and didn't let insurance walk all over me!!!!! Thank you for making a bad situation so much easier for me and also putting my safety first!!!!!!

An amazing job done on my vehicle by body man/painter Mark Jones (Thank you, you're the best!) The customer service was fantastic, they worked everything out with my insurance company making it easy on me. They got my vehicle in and out of there with great speed of service! I had to call for the tow truck at 3:30am and was worried it would take a while but they were there in no time to pull it out of the field and get it to their shop. I highly recommend this body shop and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Thanks guys, great job!!

If I could leave a negative star review I would. Told me at scene it would be $150 tow charge, plus $50 a day. Which they had it 2 days. Charged me $995 to tow it 7 miles. Wouldn’t even let me get my daughter’s things out of my vehicle without payment. They said it had to be cash. Charged $500 for using the wench. When I called to ask why it was so expensive he said it was on the interstate and raining. THAT IS WHAT THEY ARE PAID TO DO! TERRIBLE service. Kind of weird that the cheapest car one of the workers drive is at least a $60,000 vehicle. UPDATE! After my review, the owner texted me personally. Which is VERY unprofessional.

guys don't go there, they took me $ 7,500 for 20 mil and broke the pallet (like they didn't do it, although I have a video), in short, because of them, the total complexity got to $ 12,000.
