My grandfather has been a long time customer for a few different vehicles. I followed his advice and went there as well. I absolutely love them and truly believe they listen to your concerns even if you don't 100% know what you're trying to say. I've taken 3 cars there in the last 2 years and will continue to take my vehicles there!!!

After 18 months of frustration and multiple parts replaced with no solution at a local shop, I decided to bring my 2015 Jeep Wrangler to Jeep Chrysler in Washington, Indiana. Best decision I made. They diagnosed the problem in under two hours and had it fixed that same afternoon for less than $300. Brian, the technician, clearly knew what he was doing and got right to the root of the issue. The whole experience was professional, efficient, and honest. I’m beyond impressed and honestly wish I had come here sooner. Highly recommend Jeep Chrysler in Washington.

Absolutely fantastic experience buying our new Jeep JLUR. We ordered one from the factory. Glenn helped us pick out the options that fit our needs. Once our new Jeep Rubicon arrived, Glenn took care of us by getting the financing done before we arrived. No one hates sitting around a dealer all day. We didn’t have to! We arrived at a scheduled appointment time and the Jeep was ready for delivery. Took her around the block, went inside, signed the paperwork, and done! Super easy! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Awesome Dealership! I was a bit nervous about traveling two hours to purchase a New Ram... I am glad I did! Upon arriving, my new Ram was waiting out front for me. Everything was as Matt and I discussed, (no up charges, surprises, or anything unexpected.) I worked with Matt and Glen, both of who were great! I can honestly say I enjoyed the buying experience! I wish all dealerships did business like Washington Chrysler Center. Next time I need a new vehicle, this will definitely be the first place I look, even if it is a distance from me.
