Before today, I have never had a huge issue with SAC. BUt, that change and I am beyond disappointed with SAC. I have been a 3 peat customer. I have never been late on my payments, I have ALWAYS kept insurance in my vehicles. Then this morning 10/25. Two of their employees "repo'ed' my vehicle. What added insult to injury is I was home. My purse was in the car because I was getting ready to leave. I TRIED to get their attention, and was blown off. In essence they STOLE my purse. NOW, I get to make the trip to Washington to get my car. BEWARE!! Buy a car from them, a second chance lender, and be treated as a second class citizen.
