Id give more than five stars if I could. Everything from the repair to the whole process and turnaround was exceptional and my car looks better now than it did when it was new. Crystal and Ralph were very pleasant and professional and took the time to go over everything with me. I was also was given a new Camry rental that was very practical while my car was in for repair. If you’re in need of auto body work and want your car to look as if it’s coming right from the factory, I would highly recommend Cranston Collision Center.

After a car accident, I brought my car to this location and they did a wonderful job. When i pick up my car it was waxed and clean. they did an exceptional job on my vehicle i was very impressed!!! I totally recommend to get your car fix, There are amazing and super helpful.

I was recently hit from behind at a red light by a driver with no insurance or license (of course! it's RI!) Anyway, the insurance company asked me if I wanted to take the car to Cranston Collision and Auto Repair, I was jot familiar with any body shops, so, why not? I can't say enough good things about CC&AR. The staff at the desk made all of the arrangements for my rental, Pete explained to me exactly what needed to be done and when the work would be finished. I received my car on-time, Tiffany took care of the rental return, and my car was good as new and freshly detailed. Amazing! Highly recommend.

I am very happy with choosing Cranston Collision to take care of my 2023 Mazda CX-50. Experience was painless and kudos to Dennis and the front office staff for putting up with my questions and concerns regarding repairs. I also have to note that my Mazda has the soul red crystal paint which is notoriously hard to match and Cranston Collison's paint work is exceptional. Highly recommended!

By far the best experience I ever had dealing with car repairs. The staff was so helpful and friendly. My car looked beautiful when I got it back, and it only took a few days. Definitely would recommend!
