Great customer service and people. The insurance company didn't tell us that we had to surrender the car when we dropped it off and Crash Champions kindly drove my wife home which is 20 minutes away. The car looks like new and they even detailed the tires.

The crew at Crash Champions Albrecht are second to none. They are detail oriented and kept me apprised about my repairs. If I called to ask questions they were knowledgeable and never disregarded any of my concerns. This is the THIRD time I've used their auto repair services and I don't go anywhere else.
