I am very dissatisfied because I am a repeat customer. I have always payed in full and yet they cancelled my estimate appointment because I wanted to pay out of pocket rather than use my insurance. They said they only had time available for pay by insurance customers. This I consider poor customer relations.

My experience was smooth to the point of perfection. My point of first contact was amazing with great rapport and customer first connection. Jay was methodical and meticulous so that my precious forever vehicle is safe and sound at home in a beautiful state. I loved the care and commitment the team delivered with precision. Jason stayed three hours after he was clocked out to help me set up a rental which Allstate was already supposed to have set up. He moved around cars to ensure that my Tesla could be plugged in. He truly went above and beyond. I’m very grateful for him.

Keep delay and delay, so far, five times and the car is still not done yet. Not sure, is that because they are lazy, or trying to make a deal with the car rental company, which is right next to their shop, because the longer the delay, the longer I have to keep the rental car, and both of them can share the benefits from that . 👎
