From start to finish, my experience with Crash Champions was terrific. Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and helpful. Carol at the front desk was especially wonderful, welcoming, organized, and great at keeping me informed throughout the process. The adjuster was also very thorough and made everything easy to understand. The entire team made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and well managed. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend Crash Champions.

Had front end damage on my vehicle and used them for the repair. The good: it took 3 weeks which I thought was decent for the repair, the shuttle was nice, the tech I spoke with was super friendly and also apologetic at the issues that occurred after the repair, Carol at the front office was friendly, the physical repair and paint was amazing, they went above and beyond to fix some issues after the repair was completed, the pricing seemed reasonable The opportunities: Unfortunately my AC didn’t work when I got it back so I had to bring it back… twice. The responsiveness of the customer support wasn’t great - They won’t call back if you leave a voicemail so anticipate just calling a couple times until you get the front desk. I actually used my insurance agent to give me progress updates.

They did a great job of the repair and communication was excellent! They kept me posted via text….but… they didn’t wash my car. With all the inconveniences of being rear ended, I was so looking forward to getting a nice clean car back. When I have had body work like this done in the past, other collision centers do the most amazing car wash (even the smaller places do this). Last time I had body work done (somewhere else) my car was retuned to me looking brand new (inside and out). It sure took the sting out of dealing with having to have body work done. I guess I assumed a big place like crash champions would also do this.

Geico sent me here after someone hit my car and the place was great. Had my car fixed up and back to me within a week, cleaned and looking new again. Every person I interacted with was friendly and helpful.

I haven't received an answer about my vehicle for a long time. Almost two months. They just kept putting me off, saying they would get the part, and nothing. In the end, I had to take my car to another shop, and to top it all off, they threw away a good part from my vehicle when they didn't have the correct parts. When I called, they just kept putting me off and hanging up on me. They said they would call me back, but never did. If they can't resolve something, just show your face and you'll avoid a lot of problems.
