I am very dissatisfied with my repair experience. My vehicle was in a T-bone accident two months ago and repairs exceeded $13,000. My car was at the shop for over a month, which was a hardship as I am a single mother of five who relies on my vehicle daily. When I picked up my car, I was told it was “ready,” but the front end was severely misaligned. I must hold the steering wheel to the right to prevent drifting left, and the car swerved on the freeway, which is a serious safety concern. The manager later told me they have the equipment to fix the bent front component but it was not working, and that I would need to contact my insurance for approval to take the car to Big O Tires for alignment.
