Everyone in the paint and body shop did an excellent job! They are real American Heroes! Matt, Trace, and the other front office staff were professional, respectful, and gave me all the information I needed. Got my vehicle back three days ahead of schedule. I would do business here again!!! They protected the inside of my vehicle with the floor mats and the plastic seat covers. I showed up a little early and they still help me even though they weren't open yet so I wasn't late to work. Thank you for not letting me get another write up at work for being 5 minutes late 💯💪👍🇺🇸

I have used crash champion on Drew three different times. Each experience has been exceptional. The courtesy of the staff and the explanation of the detailed work to be done has been thorough. The staff has been very customer oriented and willing to go beyond to make the customers experience an amazing one. This last time around I dealt with the front office attendant Kimberley and she was super nice and courteous. Then I dealt with Matt, who explained everything they would be doing in great detail. He was super friendly, super knowledgeable and super courteous. I thank this team at crash champions on Drew for an exceptional job. Well done.

I unfortunately had a hit and run. Working with my insurance company they directed me to crash champions for the repairs. I called and set up the appointment with Ryan. And him and his team was professional and courteous. Three days after the two hurricanes I received a courtesy call to let me know my vehicle was safe, and they will be contacting me in a few days with my vehicle completed. I received a telephone call in 2 days letting me know my vehicle was ready for pickup. I informed Ryan that I did not have a ride to come and get the vehicle. Inform me since I was local to his location they will send someone to pick me up. And they did! They did extremely great work! My vehicle looks like it just came out of the factory! I had just picked up my new vehicle and got rear ended an hour later. I was referred to this location & they were AWESOME! From the moment of checkin to the personalized service from Trace, the estimator, to how quickly they completed it, WOW. And I received updates via texts every step of the way. Hope I never need repairs again but if I do, this is my go-to! Excellent service ya’ll!

Everyone at Crash Champions off of Drew Street was absolutely amazing. The work they did on my vehicle after I was rear ended was spectacular.
