I had my Mercedes repaired from a hit and run accident by an Amazon delivery driver. Unfortunately, my insurance company recommended Crash Champions. On the day I went to pickup my vehicle after I was contacted, I noticed my hood and bumper was not aligned correctly. There was also scratching on the hood. I asked the service manager to raise the hood. It was then that I noticed different parts on each side of the light kit. The manager said they had to use what my insurance company would pay because the part that was needed cost over 5 thousand dollars. I told him that wasn’t true because Amazon’s insurance was paying for the repairs and that it didn’t matter who was covering the cost for the repairs. I worked with Ray at Crash Champions Collision Repair to help get my car repaired from damage to the rear quarter panel of my car and rear wheel. Ray was super helpful and kept me updated daily of the status. When I got my car back it looked perfect as if nothing ever happened. When I initially brought my 2023 Hyundai Sonata in for repairs, the receptionist was an absolute gem…and so sweet, helpful, and welcoming. She made the drop off process easy and left me with a great first impression. Throughout the repair process, I stayed proactive and called to check on updates. I received a completion date via text, but wanted to confirm everything was still on track. When I called, the receptionist (again, not my advisor) was the one updating me…. she informed me the vehicle was still waiting on parts but had made it to the body shop. If zero stars could have been a metric I would have given that due to their Lies, lies and more lies. I was cautious of doing business with a corporate owned service business and not an independent shop. My fear became reality because the management at this location does not care and cares less about customers experience. I strongly recommend that you bypass this location.

I am not satisfied with the customer service. When I first went to get an inspection estimate , they did not send it that day to the insurance company. It took them almost a week to send a simple report. I had to keep contacting crash champions to send it out. Fast forward a week later, I take my car to get repaired. When I dropped it off they said they will contact me every Monday and Wednesday. The whole 22 days my car was there, I was only contacted from them twice (one being called with an “update” AFTER i had already called that day). The excuse I got told at first was that the advisor was out sick, which I understand but I feel like I could’ve still gotten updates from someone else. I asked to get a new advisor, he still only contacted me once but did a better job than the other dude
