Crash Champions Collision Repair Hickory Hollow

While the quality of work was good & the employees are nice, communication is lacking. My car was not done in the time frame expected. Our rental ran out & I was told they would extend & pay for the extra week. This was in early January. Fast forward to today & after our car rental company reached out 10+ times with no resolution, the car rental company charged us! I don't blame the rental company as they needed to be paid. I do blame Crash Champions. Don't offer something if you're not keeping your end of the bargain. They also said they would call me back with a resolution. Guess what? They haven't.

After my Jeep was backed into the other parties insurance recommend this place for repairs. I was a little nervous at first, but just because I hate leaving my Jeep anywhere and I’ve never dealt with anything like this before. But I brought it here on a friday and Kevin was my Advisor. He was so pleasant to deal with and my mind was put at ease that everything would be taken care of. He kept me updated everyday on how things were going so I wasn’t worried all week. I picked my Jeep back up the following Friday and it looks amazing! Hopefully I never need them again, but if I do I will definitely bring it back here!

Technicians did an excellent job in a very reasonable time. My car looks like it was never in an accident. Highly recommend to anyone who has had an accident.

They had my car for 3 months and 3 weeks for god dam tire making me go In circles.. I felt like they just were lazy and not wanting to get it done. They said they didnt mind any tire here in all of south states had to order from up north and then it came and didn’t get to the place because they didn’t pick it up and all. It’s just a hot mess there. I would not recommend this place

I haven't gotten the work finished but so far it's a Great place. They did my estimate and worked well with the insurance company. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and nice. Looking forward to my car being finished. I like that they have multiple locations to choose from!
