TLDR; Completely incompetent shop with little communication at best, or potential fraudsters/scammers at worst. They can't do simple repairs right without blaming insurance for the parts they put on after two months of having the vehicle and us taking the car back to them to fix their labor. Vehicle body work is still not satisfactory. My Fiancé took her vehicle to get her rear and front bumper fixed, tailgate, and a few other parts fixed. In addition, the car was pulling to the side. We gave them all of the issues that were known at the time. Fast forward about a month, we received communication that her vehicle was ready. When we got there upon inspection the tailgate was misaligned, several panels were literally popped out of place and the right taillight reflector was completely crac

I had a wonderful experience at Crash Champions. The front desk ladies were very friendly, they explained everything to me so that I actually understood it. They made getting rental car a lot less stressful as well. My car looked brand new when i got it back, Steve did an absolutely amazing job fixing the damage and it was done earlier than originally expected. They stayed in contact with me daily and let me know what was going on which I appreciated. They even washed my car for me. I would definitely recommend Crash Champions .

I had the greatest experience with Crash Champions. I took my car in on this past Monday and picked my car up today Thursday 3:00pm. The girls at the front are the nicest and do explain everything. Then my advisor Steve came to the desk to go over what was going to be repaired. He was super nice and a gentleman. I would recommend this location without any hesitation.
