Crawford’s had excellent service. They were very affordable, honest, and friendly. Everything was done in a very timely manner. I was so happy with my experience and will be using them again for any future car needs.

Finally I found a great place to service my vehicles from now on. I went to Crawford's Auto Repair. As per manufacturing maintenance schedule @ 90,000 miles and after full safety diagnosis my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe was in need of front struts replacement, same as rear shock absorbers and sparkplugs. After conversations (very friendly and comprehensive) they gave me a very affordable price for the job. The job was completed in 1 day. After few days driving my car I feel very satisfied with the performance of the job. Time will tell about parts installed. So far it's great to have good feelings for the job performed. Very much appreciated for the great customer service from Kent, Brad and Technicians. I strongly recommend Crawford's Auto Repair for your car needs.

Okay so this is really nice. For starters, 10/10 for friendliness parts and repair. I have a 2003 mazda 6s with the 3.0l V6. Translation anything having to be repaired under the hood 90 percent of the time gets me screwed by labor because there is so little space to work in the engine bay it's problematic the deeper the part is. NOT WITH THEM. not only did Ken swap out the brak reservoir and do a brake fluid flush because the cap was broken and there was air in the brake lines, the pedal is stiff like brand new brakes. The brake master cylinder wasn't even toasted. The brake light on the dash goes off properly now and my rims are covered in pad material. They were ready for me right at the appointment time. It took about 45 minutes for an oil change and inspection which is right on what I expected. They found I needed a new engine filter and cabin air filter - both prices matched to what it would've been at autozone so that was an easy yes. Just a 10/10 experience all around. No bullshit, no waste of time, no scamming. Just in and out :)

Great experience from start to finish. I got a quote for a power steering pump and serpentine belt replacement, brought the car in, and the work was done efficiently with no hassle. They performed an inspection and did not try to upsell anything unnecessary. Ken and the team were straightforward and professional. Highly recommended.
