Cream's Towing

Sharing this as a non-automotive person. Needed a modified car towed to my mechanic. The person answering the phone was super nice and helpful - quick with an estimate of cost and time. The tow truck person was awesome! He was super careful and patient. He helped me figure out how to get it in neutral. He had to go back to his yard and get the flat bed. They wasted no time. No waiting hours like I have with other services. Thank you for kind and speedy service. This will be my go to service moving forward.

Nice people but driver dropped off my daughter’s car at the wrong collision repair place. Even after they were notified of mistake and an appointment was made for them to pick up car and take to the correct location, the car was never picked up. We waited a week and finally contacted a different towing service.

They work with the police and ignore everything you tell them. They towed the rear-wheel-drive vehicle without disconnecting the driveshaft. They were warned, but they didn't do it. They broke the door to get in, and when we went to retrieve the vehicle, they refused to use the complaint book. Charging at least $800 for one mile and one night in their yard is abusive, just because they have CHP protection.

Unnecessarily aggressive and dangerous driver who sped up to prevent other cars from merging in front of them. They clearly have a business model that doesn't include customer service or public facing reputation. Though I guess it's good for business if they can cause some accidents?

I had an uninhabitable RV abandoned on my property. I worked with James to get a driver out to assess how to remove it bc it had to go over a field. Reggie came out and told us what we needed to do to clear access for the tow away. We requested that he be the one who does the tow and set it up. Both guys were easy and great to work with. Did they get the job done? I’ll let my video speak for itself.
